- Data Protection Assessment means a systematic assessment of the potential risks to the rights and freedoms of natural persons posed by the processing of personal data.
- Automated Decision-Making Technology means any technology that processes personal data and uses computation as a whole or in part to replace or substantially replace human decision-making.

Voice Cloning Functionality
Consent and Processing Purpose
By using our voice cloning features, you provide explicit consent as indicated below for us to:

Voice Clone Usage
Your voice clone can only be used:

Voice Biometric Data Collection and Processing
When you use our voice cloning features, we collect and process voice biometric data, including:
- Voice recordings you upload or record through our Services
- Voiceprints and acoustic patterns derived from your voice
- Biometric templates created through voice analysis
- Synthetic voice outputs generated from your voice clone
Legal Basis and Consent for Voice Biometric Data
For GDPR Compliance: We process voice biometric data based on your explicit consent under Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR, as voice data constitutes biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying you.
For BIPA and State Law Compliance: Before collecting voice biometric data we will:
- Provide you with written notice that voice biometric data will be collected and stored
- Inform you of the specific purpose and duration for which the voice biometric data is being collected, stored, and used
- Obtain your written consent before any voice biometric data collection begins (such written consent may be obtained via checkmark you make in the appropriate checkbox)
Specific Consent Requirements
By inserting the checkmark in the appropriate checkbox for providing consent on collecting the Voice Biometric Data the user provides explicit consent acknowledging that Voice cloning involves Voice Biometric Processing. The user also agrees to the collection and analysis of the voice recordings, consenting to the creation and storage of your voice biometric template. The user understands that synthetic voice outputs will be generated using the user’s voice characteristics.
Purpose Limitation
We collect and process voice biometric data solely for the following purposes:
- Creating your personalized voice clone for content generation
- Improving the accuracy and quality of voice synthesis
- Providing technical support for voice cloning features
- Ensuring service security and preventing unauthorized access to your voice clone
Retention and Destruction Schedule
Voice Recordings: Original voice recordings used for training purposes are retained indefinitely, unless and until deletion is requested by you.
Voice Biometric Templates: Your voice clone and associated biometric templates may be retained for the duration of your account plus 30 days, or until you request deletion, whichever occurs first.
Synthetic Outputs: Voice outputs you generate are retained according to your account settings and our standard data retention policies.
Illinois Residents: In compliance with BIPA, we will permanently destroy voice biometric data within three years of your last interaction with our voice cloning features, or within one year of account termination, whichever occurs first.
Your Rights and Controls
You have the following specific rights regarding your voice biometric data:
- Access: Request information about what voice biometric data we have collected
- Deletion: Request immediate deletion of your voice recordings, voice clone, and biometric templates
- Portability: Request a copy of your voice clone in a portable format (where technically feasible)
- Withdrawal of Consent: Withdraw consent for voice biometric processing at any time
- Opt-Out: Disable voice cloning features while maintaining access to other Services
Security Measures We implement enhanced security measures for voice biometric data, including:
- Encryption of voice biometric data both in transit and at rest
- Access controls limiting who can access voice biometric data
- Regular security audits of voice processing systems
- Secure deletion procedures for voice biometric data
No Sale or Unauthorized Disclosure We do not and will never:
- Sell, lease, trade, or otherwise profit from your voice biometric data
- Share your voice biometric data with third parties except as necessary to provide our Services
- Use your voice clone to generate content without your explicit instruction
- Allow third parties to access your voice biometric templates
Third-Party Processing If we use third-party AI providers to process voice biometric data, we ensure they:
- Are contractually bound to protect your voice biometric data
- Process voice data only for the specific purposes we authorize
- Implement appropriate security measures
- Delete voice biometric data according to our retention schedules
Children's Voice Data We do not collect voice biometric data from children under 13. If we discover we have inadvertently collected voice recordings from a child under 13, we will immediately delete all associated voice data and biometric templates.

However, in cases when automatic payment is not possible for any technical reason, the Company may issue an invoice to receive your payment.
