Credits are the main cost unit for generating media. Each model (image, video, or animation) consumes a specific number of credits per generation based on complexity, duration, and resolution.
How do I get more credits?
You can acquire more credits by upgrading your subscription plan for a higher monthly allowance or by purchasing a one-time "Top-Up Pack" for immediate use.
Do unused credits roll over the month?
No, monthly subscription credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. However, credits purchased via Top-Up packs are availiable for Annual plans till the end of the suscription, for monthly plans - for 2 months after the purchase.
Can I get full amount of credits immediately if I buy a yearly plan?
No. When you purchase a yearly plan, you receive the entire year's credit allowance immediately, giving you the flexibility to use your credits whenever you need them.
Where can I see how many credits left?
Your current balance is displayed in the top navigation bar of the dashboard.
Can I refund AI credits consumed?
No, credits are non-refundable once used to generate content. Credits are only automatically restored if a technical error prevents the generation from completing.
Can I change my plan after purchasing one?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades are scheduled to take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
I’m interested in setting up an Enterprise plan for my business. Where can I learn more?

What methods of payments do you accept?
We accept PayPal and all major credit & debit cards for our premium subscription plans.
Do I need to enter my credit card info to sign up?
No credit card is required to sign up for an Async account with the Free plan. If you choose to upgrade to a Essentials or Pro or Teams plan, you may do so either with a credit card or a Paypal account.
Is my data safe and private?
Yes, we take your privacy and data security very seriously. Our servers are secure and we follow strict protocols to protect your data and ensure that you are the sole owner of the content produced and stored on Async. Read more about our privacy policy here.
Can I cancel my plan anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your Profile Settings. We offer a 7-day refund policy on new subscriptions, which applies to the initial upgrade (excluding AI credits used). If you need any assistance or have questions, our Customer Support team is here to help.
