Behind Each Role
A job title rarely explains what someone actually contributes to the team. Behind Each Role is a team introduction video template that brings six portrait cards onto the page, each with a name and role caption. The polaroid layout feels informal and personal, while the short introduction underneath gives the group a shared context. Add portraits of the people behind a department, project, launch, or customer experience. Keep the role labels official or replace them with clearer descriptions of what each person handles, fixes, creates, or quietly keeps running. Customize the portraits, names, role captions, headline, and introductory copy in Async. Use the finished video as a corporate intro video for your website or adapt it into a company welcome video template for onboarding and internal announcements. Behind Each Role gives viewers more than an org chart. Show the faces, explain the work in plain language, and make it easier to understand who is behind each part of the company.
